Type of problems covered

MySmartLogon helps you if you encounter either of these problems:

  • The item is missing major parts or features which were not disclosed in its description when you bought the item.
  • The item wasn’t downloaded.
  • The item is not compatible with your smart card.

Support clause

Reasonable efforts must be done from either the Customer and MySmartLogon to solve the issue. Reasonable efforts from MySmartLogon includes :

  • Advice
  • Answer to Email
  • Produce debug build
  • Produce alternative download url

Reasonable efforts from the Customer includes :

  • Describe the problem
  • Give information relative to the configuration (operating system, brand of smart card, device driver revision, …)
  • Produce debug logs
  • Test debug build
  • Answer to Email

Time limit

Our refund policy is valid for 2 weeks after the purchase. After this time limit and if not communication was made from the customer, the product is considered as ‘Satisfactory As Described’.

PayPal protection for Buyers

According to the PayPal refund policy chapter 13.3, Intangible items, including Digital Goods are not covered by the “Protection for Buyers”.
